Jaimin ‘Jai’ Watson is dedicated to addressing client concerns and questions. He brings over eight years of client care and customer service experience to his role at Hammond Iles Wealth Advisors.
Jai joined Hammond Iles because he believes that everyone should understand their finances and plan carefully for their future. As a client care professional, he is uniquely qualified to help individuals get the answers they need.
Jai began his career in customer service. He has held positions at several e-commerce companies, including Fraud Manager for Discover, working with customers as a claims manager on payment plans for SNAP Finance, and investigating invalid ticket claims for the Super bowl while at StubHub. Jai has also had extensive training in de-escalation, conflict resolution and outsourced management.
Jai is skilled at investigations involving numbers and data, and when not in the office he enjoys comics, animation, taking care of cats, and healthy vegan cooking.
