In July 2023, rainstorms and catastrophic flooding battered Vermont. Washouts and landslides severed roads between rural towns. Despite homes and communities being cut off, non-profit organizations stepped up their efforts to help support their neighbors, many of whom lost everything.
Changes in weather patterns are causing us to face challenges we could have never predicted. The 2023 flooding is affecting Vermonter families, businesses, communities, and their way of life. The recovery from the flooding continues even though the response effort has faded from news headlines. Our team at Hammond Iles feels drawn and inspired to take action to renew the effort to support the most devastated families, homes, and communities in Vermont.
Hammond Iles will match 100% of your donations made to these charitable organizations up to a total of $10,000.
Kindness, patience and partnership will get us through this. Let's all contribute to keeping Vermont Strong!
